Application Procedure

You can access a searchable database of all of the courses that form part of the AIS Central Training Programme by clicking here.

To apply for any course, please print off the relevant Course Details Sheet. You can do this from the list of courses or from the course details page. To view a printable application form, simply click on the printer icon next to the course title. This form can be printed in the usual way by clicking on the print button on your toolbar.

Complete the application form at the bottom and return the whole sheet to:

CPD Administrator, AIS, Glastonbury Centre, Hartland Road, Morden SM4 6LZ

or alternatively fax it to 020 8770 6747 as soon as possible.

Cancellation Charges

Please be aware that any cancellations that are advised to us less than one calendar month before the course date will result in the school still incurring the full charge.
