Sutton Schools Training Consortium

The Sutton Schools Training Consortium consist of five High Schools in Sutton:

The Consortium provides a continuum of support from initial teacher training to Headship.

    SPECIALIST SCHOOLS

    A major, current government initiative is to transform nearly all secondary schools into Specialists schools, in the near future. Specialist schools receive central government funding to develop their own expertise in particular curriculum areas and then to share this expertise with other schools.

    A number of schools in Sutton have now acquired Specialist schools status and are working with partner primary and secondary schools. Information about each of these schools is given below:
